Return and exchange policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not, then as long as an item is still in its original condition, we will accept returns or exchange items for you, subject to the rules below:

• Refund and exchange must be within 5 days from delivery date.
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging.
• The customer bears the shipping cost in the event of a return or exchange.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• If an incorrect item is received, the item will be exchanged and the store will bear the shipping fees.
• Items that have been opened and used will not be returned or exchanged if there is no evidence of damage or manufacturing defect in them.
• Make sure your shipment is packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
• We recommend that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
• KFUPM store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a glitch in the website or due to an error in the mentioned price or if items run out of stock and return the paid amount to the customer using the same method used when paying. The customer has no right to demand the return of an out of stock item.
